I rushed my 12-year-old cat to VEG Alpharetta on a Friday night after I noticed something was wrong. I was scared. From the moment we walked in, the team took care of both of us. They let me stay with him, explained every step in plain language, and made me feel comfortable. What I appreciated most was how responsible they were: diagnosis first, treatment second. Only after they knew what was going on did they give a clear, justified plan and specific things to watch for at home. The next morning my cat was already back in his window, stretched out like himself. That would not have happened without this team. If your pet has an emergency in Alpharetta, go here.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with the emergency veterinary team, especially Dr. Erin Sole. When our sweet pup Phoebe suddenly needed emergency surgery, we were frightened and overwhelmed, but Dr. Sole immediately gave us confidence that Phoebe was in the best possible hands. She is not only an incredibly skilled and knowledgeable veterinarian but also an extraordinary human being who showed genuine compassion and kindness toward Phoebe and our entire family. She took the time to explain everything, answer our questions, and guide us through an incredibly stressful situation. Most importantly, she treated Phoebe as if she were her own. We will forever be grateful for the exceptional care, expertise, and compassion Dr. Sole showed our girl when she needed it most.
