This time our visit was just a yearly check up and everyone in the office was friendly ,helpful and always on time. In the past our dog has had a traumatic leg injury and the team at Midway cared for and loved our dog as if he were their own. This practice has gone above and beyond to care for both of our dogs over the years and we would never consider going Anywhere else. The staff at reception and all the doctors across the board Are professional, empathetic, and caring people. We’re so grateful to have this practice for our pets.

I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about this veterinary practice. From the moment we walked through the door, I felt like my pup was genuinely cared for, and that meant more to me than I can put into words. I have never met a veterinarian as compassionate and caring as Dr. Franco. She took the time to listen to my concerns, understand my dog’s individual needs, and make sure I felt comfortable with the plan for her care. I only wish I had discovered this practice sooner and had brought all of my other puppers here as well! The entire staff was absolutely lovely — warm, friendly, patient, and incredibly accommodating. They even had a little welcome sign waiting specifically for my pup. It was such a small gesture, but it touched my heart and immediately made us feel welcome. ❤️ The technician was so kind and gentle with my girl, which is incredibly important to me. You can tell when someone genuinely loves animals, and that feeling came through with everyone we encountered. I was preparing to take my pup on a very long road trip and was worried about how she would handle the stress and anxiety of traveling. Dr. Franco listened to everything I was concerned about and prescribed medication to help keep her anxiety under control. It made an enormous difference. She was so much calmer and more comfortable throughout the journey, and the medication had no noticeable adverse side effects. By the time we reached our destination three days later, my girl was happy, relaxed, and doing beautifully. What could have been an incredibly stressful trip turned into a much more peaceful experience for both of us — and I am so grateful to Dr. Franco for that. When you love your pets as much as I do, they aren't simply animals — they're family. Knowing that you've found someone who treats them with the same kindness, compassion, and genuine concern that you would is an incredible feeling. Thank you, Dr. Franco, and the entire team, for taking such wonderful care of my girl and for making both of us feel so welcomed and cared for. I love Midway Animal Hospital. I can't say enough good things about the doctors and staff. They all are so kind,caring and compassionate. The staff and doctors treat you and your pet like family.
