Visit went ok, but left with my original question unanswered. Text the doctor the very next day, went over in person the 2nd day after not receiving a reply. I was told the doctor would call me. It's been 4 days and I'm still waiting to hear back from ANYBODY!!!! I think it's become to big to properly address every patient. Disappointed!

From the minute my dogs got out of the car i knew this would be a great vet for them. They walked in no problem and felt right at home. Chad, the tech was great with them as was Dr Jan who was recommended by my brother for years. Chad and Dr Jan listened to my concerns and addressed everything with me. Most importantly, my dogs were happy and taken care of. Now two years later, Walter needed a toe removed due to a mass. Dr Kelsey, was amazing with him and with me. She explained everything and understood my concerns with him having a good quality of life being a very active dog even though he is 14yrs old. The follow up was excellent and she was so compasionate to him. I cannot say enough about Dr Kelsey, Jayda and the entire staff. I will definitely recommend and continue using Hamby Animal Hospital.
